4. Changes in Order
Any changes in menu or guest count must be informed prior to the event.
Last-minute changes may not be accommodated or may incur extra charges.
5. Service Responsibility
We ensure timely service and quality food preparation.
However, we are not responsible for delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or external factors.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event details including location, timing, and number of guests.
Necessary permissions for the event venue must be arranged by the client.
7. Liability
Food Cafe Caterers shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising during the event.
Any damage to catering equipment provided must be compensated by the client.
8. Hygiene and Quality
We follow proper hygiene standards in food preparation and service.
Once food is served, we are not responsible for improper handling by third parties.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
